Our Unit has a humble beginning in     with a few machines and limited manpower.  The hard and dedicated work of the entrepreneur and their commitments to quality aided with the positive response from customers from all four corners of Country has taken us to a World of our Own, known for Quality and Commitments.  All research and  development, quality and Processing are undertaken under ONE ROOF.  This has enabled the Unit to expand to produce  good quality  product .

Our is an open die Forging Unit having complete facility of Forgings of any grade of Steel in the weight range of 25 kg’s to10000kg’s as per the requirement of the customers.  Also We are doing C I Castings ( single piece upto 25,000 kg’s) of all machinery products and ingot moulds

The promoters of our company have a vast experience of over 30  years in  the line of Steel Forgings.  Our company is professionally managed and assisted by a excellent team of qualified and experienced personnel.We are having Steam Forgings Hammers with complete related accessories with which we are able to deliver Quality Product to its valued customers.  We are the only unit in Punjab with a MOBILE MANUPILTOR(german) of 3 tonnes, along with a optical pyrometer(temperature indicator) to ensure efficient  forgings under controlled tempratures.
All forgings are done at controlled temperatures , to avoid thermal cracking’s at the time of forgings, thus resulting in a good quality product.

We are also having a very good machining facility vide which we are able to  make quality products and to satisfy the valued customers  up-to their  entire satisfaction who are in need of Proof/Finished goods.
PHFPL have the entire infrastructure to provide confidence among its valued customers that our product manufactured will satisfy their needs. 

We have excellent facility of testing from the stage of Raw material procurement up-to finished material.
Our Plant is situated at Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab (India), the heart of secondary steel products in India, which is easily assessable by Road, Rail and Air.
With our present set up and quality angle we have been awarded  1SO 9001- 2000 Certificate for its Quality Management System in April 2005 by the renowned certification body  JAS-ANZ. 

We are equipped with the most modern Conventional and Non Conventional Machines of renowned make and most of our Machines are installed  since the inception of the company .

To ensure quality of our products , we have a full fledged Quality Control Department equipped with most modern inspection equipments.
