Manufacturing & Inspection of pattern as per customer's drawing, specifications with close tolerances.
Preparation of disposable patterns by molding and inspection of wase patterns.
Assembling of wase patterns on runner to form an assembly.
Building a ceramic shell by alternate dipping of the assembly in a ceramic slurry and storing under controlled conditions of humidity and temperature.
Drying and de-waxing the ceramic shells.
Pouring Melton metal in the sintered shell, fettling, heat treatment and cleaning of the casting.
